The historic Maison Fiset House in Cheticamp, New Brunswick was built in 1895 and restored in 2011 into a beautiful 8 bedroom inn. The Inn's multiple terraces feature a beautiful panoramic ocean and harbor views and the majestic Cape Breton Highlands along the world famous Cabot Trail. Cook, crack and enjoy lobster fresh from the sea on a beach as the sun gently sets over the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Located a short drive away in Pleasant Bay, experience some of the best whale watching grounds on the Cabot Trail on board a 42-foot cabin cruiser. Dolphin, seal, seabird, raptor and bear sightings are also a common occurrence. Explore an amazing piece of Cape Breton history at North Americas first, and still Canada's only producer of single malt whisky. Glenora Distillers most prominent product is the Glen Breton Rare, a 15-year old Scottish-style single malt that holds its own against some of the best in the world.
