Venice Louisiana Blast and Cast

Package includes:

• 2 day / 1 night accommodations at a hunting lodge near Venice, Louisiana during duck hunting season
• Guided duck hunt in the morning followed by world-class fishing for Redfish, Spotted Sea Trout, Black Drum and Flounder in the afternoon
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Lodge
• All bird and fish cleaning and processing
• All taxes
• A donation will be made on your behalf, and a Certificate of Environmental Stewardship will be provided in recognition of positive contributions to environmental sustainability. These sustainability efforts will include support of plastic cleanup, tree planting, saving sea turtles, marine protection, wildlife habitats, or coral reef restoration

• This package is fully transferrable, and all inclusions are for two people and may be customized to include additional nights, guests or upgrades at your own expense
• All package inclusions must be used within 24 months of date of issuance and are based on availability (select blackout dates may apply)
• Please note that all requests must be received at least 90 days prior to your desired event or travel date in order to ensure greatest availability and that all experience inclusions must be completed by the expiration date specified on your certificate

Each year, hunting begins in September* with early teal season. Most hunters are able to hunt for great numbers of primarily Blue-Wing Teal, with occasional Green-Wings. The traditional or “big” duck season begins in November and runs through January. Unlike most hunting areas up north that rely on just Mallards and Wood duck, being located at the bottom of the Mississippi Flyway provides a vast variety of birds like Pintail, Gadwall, Widgeon, Redhead, Canvasback, Scaup, Ringneck, Blue & Green-wing Teal, along with some Mallards. After an enjoyable hot lunch back at the lodge, everyone turns around for an afternoon of world-class fishing for Redfish & Spotted Seatrout, Black Drum & Flounder.
